The Workshop, live.
Once a month, I open the bench around one operational problem. 60 minutes live, free, with Q&A at the end. You walk away with a working approach you can use the next day — not theory, not slides, not generic AI talk.

Your best people are routing information, not solving problems.
Who it's for
- Operations leaders at industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain SMEs
- COOs, plant managers, quality managers watching senior people lose hours each week to information chasing
- Anyone whose engineers, quality, or supply chain still act as the manual translation layer between systems
3 things you'll learn
- Why information flow — not tools, not headcount — is the real operational bottleneck
- The 6 elements of an execution unit (input · context · rules · decision · action · feedback) and where AI earns its place
- How to identify the one workflow worth autonomizing first, before touching the next tool or hire
What you walk away with
A clear way to spot where your experts are still routing information by hand, plus the 6-step framework I use to decide which workflow is worth autonomizing first. Replay and 1-page summary follow a couple of days after the session.
You're registered. I'll personally email you the Zoom link within a couple of hours. — Nicolas

How it works
- 60 minutes, online, free. One operational problem at a time.
- 45 minutes of content, 15 minutes of Q&A. I read every "bottleneck" entry before the call so I can tailor the Q&A.
- You get the replay + a 1-page summary a couple of days after the session — whether you attend live or not.
- If you can't attend live, register anyway. You'll get the replay.
- Real operational problems, not theory. If you wanted slides about AI strategy, you're in the wrong place.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. I run Open Bench to discuss the real operational problems industrial leaders are facing — the ones worth spending time solving.
Will there be replays?
Yes. Every registrant gets the recording + a 1-page written summary within a couple of days. If you can't attend live, register anyway.
Who runs the workshop?
Nicolas Gazeu — founder of Realycs, ex-Schneider Electric (factory transfers, IoT deployments, 270+ suppliers).
